※払い戻し期限を過ぎますと払い戻し手続きはできなくなりますので、ご注意ください。

【FOR OVERSEAS】
Refunds will be processed at the store where the ticket was issued. Please bring your ticket to the store during the refund acceptance period.
Refunds will be accepted starting at 10:00 AM on the first day of the refund acceptance period.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the same day the ticket was issued. Please visit the store after 10:00 AM the day following the ticket’s issuance.
For tickets issued at a store, the name of the store where the ticket was purchased is printed in the lower left corner of the ticket.
